Got my order wrong, twice. And only been here twice. Pizza rolls undercooked on last visit. Customer service is fine, friendly enough; but their welcoming faces do not make up for getting my order wrong! Dining in not currently an option 1/2020.

I used the app to place my order and pre-paid for it too. When I went to pick up my order it was ready to go and the staff were very quick to greet me and bring my order out. I've used this location several times since moving into this area and I really like them and will continue to use them.

Ordered Pizza Hut for my elderly parents at around noon, order didn't come till almost 1:30. Called to ask about the amount of time it was taking, only to be told by a worker that my order was sent out for delivery too early and had been riding around with the driver the entire time. Food was absolutely cold, so called back to speak to manager, who then told me TO SEND THE FOOD BACK, and she would issue a refund, which I never received. To add insult to injury, this Pizza Hut has now BLACKLISTED MY NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS. Haven't eaten from Pizza Hut since.... DON'T BOTHER!!!

We wanted to share our experience with others in regards to the service we received from Ernest. We had called in our large order and, not only was it done in less than about 8 minutes when we had arrived, but when the cost wasn't what we were expecting, without even asking, when Ernest brought our food out he had applied a generous coupon on our behalf. Thank you Ernest. That's how you keep customers coming back and increase business!

I don't know if my taste buds have changes since I was a kid, but I used to HATE Pizza Hut. My husband convinced me to try it out and it was great! We ordered for curbside pickup. Order was ready on time and it was hot and fresh. Workers were fast and friendly. Will be ordering again! Thanks!
