Ordered a sub, after close to an hour I called to check and they only had one driver making their deliveries and mine was 3rd. After another 15 minutes I called back to cancel my order. Worst part ws the person I spoke with on the phone didn't care one bit. Do yourself a favor use it up or use uber eats or grub hub. These guys are terrible.
Food is fresh like most Jimmy Johns, but I ordered a full size sandwich and they put it on the small bread. I got back to my office and opened it an everything just spilled out.. the toppings didn't even fit in the bread... I don't know how they managed that. If you like jimmy johns.. there is another location just down the road. Go to that one.
With the managers poor attitude, the general lack of customer service, and the beyond insane wait times for simple orders to be consistently wrong, it's easy to understand why this place has a terrible rating. This brand deserves a better manager/ assistant manager.
I requested no mayo and yet I got mayo. Woohoo! Customer service at its' finest.
I have bought and eaten over 40.Italian subs between 2 of the Jimmy Johnsnrestaurants near me I would say that their excellent in service and product My wife comes from a restaurant family in fact we have 3 grandkids working for local restaurants, no not Jimmy Johns. A PLUS TO THE PEOPLE THAT RISK SO MUCH TO SERVE US GOD BESS YOU .
