Pizza Hut

Only got a one star because I had to rate. (Warning long post) Thomas is completely rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me and when I called back he answered and hung up again (TWICE). We already were understanding for 2 1/2 hour delivery wait. We called because our order was wrong. He gave me attitude immediately and started arguing with me. Finally, he said we can call the GM tomorrow and talk to him about getting a refund. I couldn’t stand his attitude any more so I handed the phone to my husband. My husband had to ask for him to remake the pizzas and he only said he would make the one we were missing. Even though our other pizza was wrong. He gave my husband attitude and said it would be another 2 1/2 hour wait. We offered to pick it up. He let us know it would take another 15 minutes and then hung up. My husband went to get the pizza and it took him calling 15 times before someone actually answered the phone calls. (The lobby was locked so he could not go in. He had to do curbside) They would not give out ANY OF THEIR names to report to the manager but lucky for me. He left a voicemail with his name in it. From the very start when we told him that our order was wrong he was rude and got louder and more argumentative. He was extremely frustrated and was not helpful in any way shape or form. When informing him that he was in a customer driven business he hung up on me. Not a pleasant experience and we are fans of Pizza Hut but will stay clear of this location from this point on. Horrible service!!! He was completely out of line. That one experience lost my families business.

Ordered food to be picked up at 2. Called when I got there and they said it would be right out. Took them 30 min to bring it out so don't think they even started making my order until I got there.

Our pizza arrived quickly but was undercooked (raw) and not cut, so much that we were able to move it from the box to the oven with ease, and cook it the rest of the way. Also, no crust flavor...shame. I like the Hut but this was a huge failure.

I ordered online $41 of food and got an email confirmation verifying everything was correct. Over an hour later I called the store and they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't find my order. I called the 1-800 customer service number and they even told me that the store I ordered from doesn't exist but I gave her the confirmation and I was looking right at the email. After giving her the address she verified it was the store. Pizza Hut charged me and the customer service rep said that I was just stuck with the charge. I'm out my money and they seriously don't care.

Always great pizza and efficient employees that have gone the extra step to make sure I get great quality pizza and pasta and a smooth buying experience
