Honestly I love giving people the benefit of the doubt and second chances. I come to this location at least 4 times a week I get the same smoothie and yet at least once a week it is incorrect. I order on the mobile app cause I don't have time to wait for an order and such. I was already behind due to traffic and yet had them redo it the other day cause they put cinnamon instead of chocolate in it and have a terrible Cinnamon allergy. After i addressed this it was made correctly yet the next day made all wrong all over again. This problem need addressed! The staff needs to relearn the recipes especially a drink that is made almost daily! Today just tastes like a cup full of bananas...please fix and contact asap

Why are they closed at 10am on Saturday when it clearly states it should be open? Unprofessional and a waste.

Friday afternoon was a hot day. I was driving back from a photoshoot outdoors in downtown and was looking for something healthy and refreshing to drink.nnWhen I was searching online for a place on the way home, I found Smoothie King. Also, I saw something about $5 Fridays. I called to ask about it and the promotion was happening. It's $5 for a 32-ounce smoothie!nnThere were so many choices on the wall of the menu but I did have berries in mind. The Immunity Booster was what I wanted but not too crazy about almond milk and would like to replace that with coconut water. Sure enough, they were able to make that change. The only downside was not being told about the extra charge for the coconut water.nn32-ounces is a lot of smoothie for sure. As thirsty as I was, I really couldn't finish the whole thing. Such a great deal though!
