John at the 2815 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX store was amazing. He answered all my questions over the phone prior to me placing an online order. I live an hour away from the closest Batteries + store and I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the correct battery and connectors. When there was a problem with the coupon code in the online order, he contacted me to let me know and was able to fix it at the store. Over the past several years, I've made trips to the Batteries + Bulbs located at 2815 N. Loop 1604 in San Antonio for items from atypical lithium batteries to Samsung phone batteries to garage door batters to clock batteries to different types of halogen light bulbs. They have always had in stock what I've needed and been very helpful, even replacing the batteries for me when I've brought in the devices. John was very helpful when I was at the store on Feb 22, 2021.
Everything bulbs you might need o r want. Also key fobs for all vehicles. Other items i dont recall, but they had what I needed. Helpful staff too.
I have not had the batteries long enough to know if they hold up well but my experience with the online order and picking up in store was great.
Friendly employees who help you find the correct part that you need. Large selection of parts in store along with on line inventory to order if necessary and reasonable prices.
