Asked for extra pizza sauce on the side because we when put in a note, but the never read it so I have to ask. He was rude about it and said next time put it in the notes. I would if your cooks did their job and read it. And I get a piping hot pizza, yay right? Wrong. Open the box expecting to see a delicious pan pizza, and the crust is old. The Pan pizza I ordered looks thinner than a hand tossed. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve worked at Pizza Hut long enough to know this dough should have been tossed last night before close and if not last night, then this morning. Whoever allowed this should be ashamed of themselves. This isn’t the first time I dealt with this and I’ve already complained before and nothing happened.
Ordered online for pickup. The process was easy, fast and safe. Employees were friendly and took all the precautions. Food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Great service, great food, and safe. Thanks
For the Super Bowl, we ordered online at noon for a 430 pickup. Was not ready until 530.nnI could understand a wait on game day if I placed the order at 415. But an hour wait with a 4 hour lead is really egregious.
Took our order in the parking lot. Super friendly, fast, and easy. And good pizza.
Had to wait longer do to that they had to redo my food but they were very nice
