Great place to workout. They do not have a pool. They do have Tae Kwon Do classes. They have Muay Thai bags that anyone can use. They have pretty good equipment. If you are into power lifting or Cross Fit this gym is not for you. The do not have a power rack. They do not have bumper plates. If you're interested in general fitness and lifting they have everything you will need.
