Too scary for me
the landlord will not let you use a airconcondition unless you buy one and the big ac units are out dated
I am a current tenant unfortunately. The owner seems nice and shows you around and all! I do mean all! Of these trailers are very old and in desperate need of TLC! The owner will make empty promises of this being remodeled and that being fixed when in all honesty the man has yet to do anything he has promised. I did remodeling for dorms up north and trust me when I say that there is no saving these trailers this entire park should be condemned. Heat went out last night so owners solution? Bought 2 baseboard heaters and one is in the kitchen the other in the master bedroom, they do not work obviously should be 1 for each wall in order to heat a house. Currently have no hot water because the wonderful owner said that he had the trailer water pipes insulated twice but would not do it again because stray cats keep messing them up....lol. Yep the water lines have froze. This Park needs to be condemned and someone take out the trash and bring in New modular homes that is worth my $440 a month.
This place is in a bad state of disrepair. Cheap rates but park looks very rough.
Good place to live quiet clean beautiful no dogs no pets allowed at all whatsoever very reasonable prices come see and maybe you can rent one have a good day
