I've been going there for 8 years now they have great equipment great staff and very nice locker Room with showers and sauna
It's a small gym but descent. Locker rooms need remodel and cleaned. Could be organized better to accommodate more equipment. You can get a good workout if your creative and research options for what you have to work with.
Too bad no one cares about cleaning the machines. Looks like you have the perfect job for some of the men if you want to sit in your office, play on your phone or socialize.
I go there for Zumba. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Hoist equipment is superior for resistance training.
