Awesome place to work out. I was in town for the race and was able to get a day pass for a very reasonable price. Atmosphere was great. Nice outdoor area.

It doesnt get any better than Iron Mayhem. Offering something different than your average fitness center, Iron Mayhem provides an environment that is conducive to growth. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the members are not only very friendly, but also willing to assist when needed. A great atmosphere, no contracts, affordable rates and 24 hour access. With the addition of Five Elements Martial Arts now providing classes to both members and non-members you cant ask for more!
