The parking lot is paved and the ramp will take two boats at a time
The park is nice but my children we terrorized by some kids riding around on a golf cart swearing and being obnoxious. Kept riding by the campsite past 11.30pm. Got in touch with the host and they were working on taking care of the problem
A great place to camp, very friendly environment. We just visited here for the celebration on the 4th of July and it was great. Always recommend.

It use to be a Really Good Place To launch a boat. But they have let it go down with no preventative maintenance. The boat launch area is in dire need of Pot Holes needing to be filled and they don't have enough lighting like they use to have. They have not painted the parking lines in years and it isn't that hard to paint lines in a parking lot Really! The security has been almost non-existing. The restrooms are in need of being pushed down and build more and expanded restrooms. I have spoken to the county mayor about putting in a electronic device so you can just swip a card and pay for it and also be able to buy like 15 or 20 tickets to the park and I also told him to up the cost to $3 to help pay for upgrades to the park.nIf You Agree with me Give The County mayor a call so something might get done about it!
