Over charges , we have had a bill that has maintained at 40 for about 10 years . Somehow it jumped to almost 200 and they told us we were using more . The thing is it happens to be a garage that we dont he at or even go to really . Considering we have 3 less ppl in our home our Bill's shouldn't be more expensive this year compared to last year.
They make it really difficult to pay your bill. Can't pay online can't pay with a credit or debit card, can't pay in cash.

If there was a zero rating, I would use it. I have tried to get a return call for over two weeks. Customer service is very poor! That is an understatement.
