We're in the place all alone and placed our order. 40 minutes later 10 other guests were served and there we sat. Never did get our food. Their burgers are very good so it was too bad. Seems call in orders and well known locals and regulars get priority. Walk in orders from strangers or those lacking the local accent seem to disappear. I recommend calling in - even from their parking lot.
