Great place very clean new equipment great place to workout
Best gym in Shelbyville
This is a quick question... are there personal training for boxing we’re they teach you how to box for kids ages 10???
The staff are excellent they make you feel like part of the family. Easy access at anytime of the day or night. With the owner only a phone call away if he is not already on site to help or answer questions with equipment, diet choices, and even supplements. Best gym in town.
Great workout experience in a clean facility!
