Highly, Highly recommend working with this dealership. From the moment I reached out, to driving my new truck off the lot - I felt comfortable, and well taken care of. I worked with Michelle Mathews, who was always responsive, helpful, and super sweet. She worked with me on my trade in, OTD price, and got me in and out in a little over an hour. I will make the 1.5hr drive again to work with her on all my future vehicle purchases! Thanks guys, and love the truck!

Quality of work was very good. My issue is I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and transmission service. Was told it would take approx an hour to complete. I arrived a half an hour early and after 4 hours I went back to the service desk and was told they were all out to lunch. My truck was back in the bay ready to go. Found a cashier to pay and continue my day. Needless to say very frustrated with poor time estimate and staff all out to lunch. Will give them another try before I make a venue change.

Oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Technician performed additional task asked by myself with same answer I had planned on hearing. Will return again for any needed service.

I’ve been buying and selling vehicles for many years, I even worked at an auto body repair facility for many years knowing this type of business. I’ve never had an experience go as smoothly as it did, working with Todd Hicks. He brought the contract to my house to sign since I was down in my back, before he arrived he called & asked me did I need anything over town. (how kind and thoughtful) he even picked me up at our home when the truck arrived. Great customer service. He explained the out the door price, where they located the truck with all our options and color we wanted and when it would be ready for pick up. . When it arrived at the dealership they went over the truck check list, filled the tank full of gas, put a huge red bow on the hood along with red roses in the drivers seat. I’m sure he and my husband planned that sweet surprise. He explained everything about the truck, he had my email hooked up along with my cell phone number programmed in the phone and WiFi option. Hooked up onstar, I was ready to roll.nI can’t say enough about Todd Hicks providing everything we needed in product knowledge and customer service. Thank you Howard Bentley for employing a good company man who cares about his job & customers. Very satisfied customers. We will be back & recommend to everyone.
