Don't waste your time, don't move in here. Left due to all the issues. Final straw was I was late for work because my vehicle got stuck. There is no stones, just grass & red clay. Anytime it rains your vehicle will get stuck. Shouldn't have to step in dog feces when I don't even own a dog. There are two dogs running loose all the time. Does no good to tell the owner of the dogs or the owner of the property. Only time you will see Bill is when he wants to collect money. He also told me he is going to start charging me more money due to the electric bill going up. Don't know how he could say it was from me. Four campers share a meter. Cars fly up and down the road. Sites are not set up properly for campers. When I moved in electric and water did not work at my site. A couple who lives on site came over, had it fixed in no time. Also let me use their hose since my hose wasn't long enough. They were the only ones who were any help. You have to share a small trash can with others. Therefore trash is overflowing. Numerous times when coming home from work, there was a lady and her man yelling and fighting in the middle of the road. Last thing I wanted to deal with after working all damn day. Sites are not numbered, if EMS had to respond, they wouldn't know where to go. Also if it rains you can't dump your sewage. Some sites have sewage running out. Don't understand how this place hasn't been shut down yet. No laundry, no bathhouse, internet, cable, only a muddy clay site to get stuck in, dogs running loose, people fighting, sewage and garbage overflowing, an owner who doesn't spend a dollar to fix up the place. Found another place a hundred dollars cheaper that has amenities.nnFor $460.00 a month you get nothing more than a headache!!

Great fulltime Rv living ....great neighborhood ...the owner is friendly , best place we have stayed so far....you get lots if land besides a strip.....
