This is a great spot for all ages, very suitable for families and pets. We were here for almost 6 months and it was great (through the winter even). Rates are super competitive. Close to all shopping and food. Internet hookups are usually available and can be installed by Spectrum. Sue and her staff are responsive and informative. They make it easy to set up and get into your spot without delays. Water pressure is great, septic is great and electrical is reliable. If you are in the area and need a place for the night or weekend or even long term...check this place out!

The creek running through the property is about as good as it gets. If you have any dogs that are Pit, German Shepherd, mastiff, or Rottweiler don’t even attempt to stay. We have a rescue dog that possible has German Shepherd in it but looks like a blue healer but is tan and black. The owner, or whoever said we are quote “ trying to bamboozle her !” It’s not worth the hassle. Your better off staying somewhere else or just don’t mention you have a dog. She will make you send pictures in. Clarksville RV is next exit down and is a lot nicer. I gave it 2 stars for location only.

Great RV Campground! Its definitely an older Campground but all hook-ups were functional. Surrounded by tall trees and a gorgeous creek lined many of the spaces. We spent a whole month there! It's situated a good distance from any major highways so we got the best sleep ever compared to almost any park we ever stayed in. No wifi included. No cable unless you pay separately as a long term tenant. Cell signals were spotty. Yet, the management was kind. The laundry room was clean and functional and the natural beauty was very unique. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area! ud83dudc4d

Hello, I called for information for RV slot. Everything was going good in the call until I started asking questions then the incredible rude person continued to talk over me before I could finish speaking. I thought people in the south were suppose to be friendly and polite...guess I was wrong. Were federal government employees here to fix part of your infrastructure and was told that she wasn't giving up a pull thru site that she's keeping it for travelers. Hello we travel for work! I feel that this is the new discrimination against traveling workers. We fix the stuff that no one in your state will. We don't care that it was a premium site we will pay the fee and we will drive an hour away to work just to stay in a nice place. (we just need to park so that we can fix your dam.
