Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered 4 pizzas at the drive through, two were pepproni and bacon, and two hot n ready pepproni. The young man at the window was very polite explaining that there was a small wait time. I pulled around parked and in just a few minutes the same person brought out my pizzas and wished me a blessed day. The pizzas were great!

I went tonight to pick up two pizzas that I called in. It was the Extra Mostest pizza with light sauce. Nothing extra, just light on the sauce. I was ordering for my parents who get the same thing almost weekly. The total was $17.01 and when I asked if their pricing had gone up she said no they have to charge for “custom” because of light sauce??nnLike I said these pizzas are ordered weekly through my parents and we’ve never been charged for asking for the light sauce. After I left I called to speak to a manager (spoke with Brooklyn) she proceeded to tell me their general manager is making the staff do this now because it is something they were always supposed to do. She said they had to add a $1.00 custom charge. I then asked if it was $1.00 why was I charge $3.50 for two pizzas, she said oh it’s $1.75... I asked if maybe she thought they should let their customers know that this charge would be applied since they haven’t ever done it before. She said “I’m sorry some people charge it and some do not, but we are supposed to” when I told her she didn’t sound sorry with her responses and that they should communicate this change with customers she told me she was the manager and she didn’t know why I had an attitude. I asked for the general managers name who I will contact, but the way Brooklyn handled the situation was unprofessional. (Coming from someone who has been in the service industry 12+ years)nnI don’t ever leave bad reviews, but telling me some people get charged and some don’t, depending on who is working is not okay- and then to question my “attitude” due to having a $3.50 “topping charge” for light sauce???

Ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni amd one cheese regular crust.nThe bottom.of the thins crusts were soggy and doughy. The cheese wasn't even melted. They said that they just came out of the oven. That was not the case. Definitely not hot and fresh.

I go here all the time and order the same thing mostly. $5 pizzas. I'd say 85% of the time the pizzas are good for the price. Good stuffed cheesy bread as well.

Ordered a cheeser cheeser. I wish I could show the picture of it that I took. It was incredibly sloppy and mostly crust with a small circle of toppings off centered. Then when I called to complain, the manager who said she made the topping argued that was how it was supposed to be. I get the all the time. They don't look like that. I got a free pizza out of it but that's not the point.
