Pizza Hut

So I basically I ordered 2 orders of chicken wings and a double order of pasta on a Tuesday night. Around 4 pm in the afternoon it is delivered. My daughter says dad there is something wrong with the pasta. The pasta has the smell of old wet socks, and must be soured. So I call Pizza Hut and speak to the manager, who says sorry sir I can give you a $5 credit for something I paid $18 for, I said please just have 2 P zones delivered to my house and everything will be good. She agrees and we waited. What did we get nothing. I think there are other Pizza places I would rather do business with than this store.

Just started out working at this place about 2 weeks ago. pay is great, pizza is awesome, and co-workers are pretty amazing. Everybody there is funny, nice, and helpful. Place is clean, bathrooms are kept tidy, and the pizza is made and taken care of perfectly. I also have to say that nobody is perfect, and mistakes happen, so if we get your order wrong, please be patient with us because we are doing our best to make you happy, no matter what the cost.

My husband and I ordered pizza and wings on Sunday January 3rd. To call it disgusting would be a compliment for the slop that we paid for. After just a few bites we threw it all in the trash. The wings were undercooked. The pizza had no sauce... literally NO sauce. I mean HOW do you forget to sauce the crust??? And speaking of the crust... it may as well have been cardboard. It tasted very old and was drier than a saltine cracker. I am unsure if Pizza Hut in general has gone downhill or if it is just the Dickson TN location. I will NEVER give this Pizza Hut location another penny.

Amazing people and food. Best employment I have experienced.

Not the worst pizza we've ever had, but even in this day of social distancing, the service left some to be desired. If you're not going to offer fountain drinks, at least have all of your beverages available in 20 ounce bottles that at least feel like they have seen a fridge in the past 24 hours. And how hard is it to offer plastic silverware, at least.
