I ordered a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Jeans are super and look good, t-shirt is made of a strange stiff material and doesn’t look like the one on the site. Both seemed from the packaging to be made or packaged in China. The order took a few weeks to get here. All sales are final, so dissatisfaction is just something you deal with when you get your clothes. Business model could use a tuneup as the clothes themselves are cute.

I have been shopping from Kloset Junkie for two years or longer and love everything I get! These girls work hard to make sure the quality of everything they are selling is always the best!! Amanda and Raven always go out of their way to make sure people have their orders and if there is an error they always go out of their way to make sure it is fixed! These girls work very hard and are good at what they do! I highly recommend this boutique to anybody!

I love the products and the ladies are quick to respond when I have questions. They are quick to respond to any questions and they make sure to get their items out to me as soon as possible. They treat you like family. Love this site!

Do not recommend! Ordered a bunch of items that were supposed to be “ready to ship” didn’t get them for over a month. Sent several emails asking about eta, was told they already shipped the week prior THEN, I was told two weeks later they would ship that week, THEN when I didn’t receive an update, I asked for my money back and my order to be cancelled was told my order shipped the day prior but according to tracking it wasn’t picked up until two days later. Got the order FINALLY! Ordered 3 bras; one was the wrong color and one was the wrong size, didn’t receive two shirts I ordered and was sent two shirts I didn’t want, my leggings were the wrong size, AND one of otherT-shirts I ordered was supposed to be a medium and had the size tag cut out but when I compared it to a size large shirt of the same brand they were clearly the same size ud83dude44 Amanda didn’t want to give me a refund and instead tried to give me online store credit. After several messages and making it clear that i had no intention of ordering from her again and offering multiple times to bring back all of the items she finally refunded the botched products but one item. That item she won’t refund me for until I send it back but still has yet to send me a return label so I can send the item back ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f Poor customer service and no attention to important details like size, color, And ITEM that was actually ordered leads me to give 1 star.

Absolutely love this group and amanda and raven are amazing. Any questions I have about a product they always get answered. I have been ordering from these two ladies for years now. I love everything they have it’s always good quality. They always explain everything about shipping and how long it should take and keep you up to date. Keep it up ladies.
