This is 100% the best workout experience I’ve ever had. The community is very strong and knowing that everyone comes in to do the same thing for different reasons is so uplifting. The coaches/staff are also extremely friendly and you will have no problem fitting in here.

I absolutely love Orange Theory Fitness. I have been trying to get fit for over a year now and finally realized that I needed more guidance. Some people just seem to know how to work out but I needed help. I need someone; a coach, trainer, etc. to push me and to show me if I'm not doing something right. Just going to the gym and blindly working out or doing exercises that an app is telling me to do just wasn't working for me. I even tried working out with my fiance but I realized after 6 months of going to the gym 4 days a week with no noticeable results, I needed to try something else. I'm so glad I did! I had lost hope that I wouldn't be able to reach my fitness goal before my wedding in April and now I have hope again! Thank you Orange Theory Fitness and thank you to all the coaches at the OTF Murfreesboro!

I’ve been to several different Orangetheory studios, don’t get me wrong I love the atmosphere, but this location by far is the worst I have come across. Communication and friendliness, not at this location. I travel 50 minutes to get there since it is the closest one for me and they will still close their doors on you after 5 minutes. Oh yeah if you want to cancel or freeze they won’t answer you, they will do it without you knowing and will still charge you no matter your circumstance!
