A great place to workout, and very friendly group. We always have some laughs. The staff was great at helping me reach my peak fitness level in preparation for a major rugby tournament this spring while dealing with some injuries.
The most welcoming and supportive gym I have ever been a part of. The coaches are fantastic and every workout pushes your limits.
Jason and Mary are always a complete joy to interact with- friendly, warm and welcoming.nnUnlike a lot of boxes the coaches listen and provide appropriate modifications for limitations by athletes. The facility is clean with quality equipment and the music selection during the WODs is always fun. I've been to 16 other boxes and most coaching staff doesn't listen to their customers when it comes to obnoxious music (I don't want to listen to 50 Cent while trying to do a METCON haha) but CFM does it well.nnI love CFM.
If you'd have told my 20 year old self that his 40 year old self would be in better shape than him, he'd have laughed on your face. Like so many other things, my 20 year old self was wrong - CrossFit Murfreesboro is the reason.
