I hate to say this, but in a way I'm finally being honest with myself. I'll open with my history with Zaxby's. I had never had it until I moved here in 2007 and I loved it dearly. Even taking family there when they came to visit. But for the last year or so I've found that basically every time I've went I end up regretting it. The sandwich I enjoy rarely has enough sauce, the bread is rarely properly buttered or toasted anymore. The fries are barely seasoned and no matter what size you pay extra for you get the same 4-5oz portion. The tenders aren't well trimmed. The only reliable product I've found is the delicious sweet tea. I'm sure I'll keep trying on occasion because I'm a glutton for punishment sometimes but to be honest I can't recommend this location anymore.

I wish they had two drive thru's. Usually Thursday and Friday evenings are the busiest where the line is in the road. Not their fault. The food is great.

We drove through yesterday evening and order 3 items, one of which was a Blue Zalad with buffalo chicken. I specifically and clearly said buffalo at the order box. When we got to the window, the employee asked if we had ordered the salad with blackened chicken. I told her no, we had ordered buffalo.nWell, apparently they got the order wrong. Instead of fixing it and giving us the correct salad, they added buffalo sauce to the blackened chicken salad they had made. Needless to say, the flavor was not pleasant.nI have worked in customer service and retail for a number of years. When you make a mistake, fix it by giving the customer what they want!!

been customer for years but tonight I was so disappointed.n1 tater chips cold it looked as if they had run out of potatoes. One small small portion would you like me to bring a potato.,next time.n2 Kolb salad was not complete so went ahead ate to my surprise, egg missing, and no bacon plenty of lettuce.nThe whole plate (salad) looked as if a beginner had just thrown everything together.nEverytime we order always but always have to wait.nNormally so h as happy but so sad.nThanksnLinda Gaymon
