Sub Station II

I love Sub Station II and look forward to it every time I come back to Sumter to visit, but their customer service is TERRIBLE! IF you are able to get through when you call, you WILL sit on hold for a LONG time. And don't expect that calling ahead will make your wait time shorter....because they make phone in orders very last and once you get there to pick up, you will still wait.nnAnd after the response to my review, instead of acknowledging there is an issue and working to correct it, their answer is to go to a different restaurant. Will do...but it won't be a Sub Station II. ✌

I had a horrible experience with a young woman there. Her patience was short! I felt like i was some kind of enemy of hers! I don't know the young woman but that's how she made me feel. I called 30 mins later to make a complaint with the manager on duty and she was worst! She was quick to defend and told me that's just the way the young woman talks. I'm so disappointed because she is older and didn't see the moment to correct and teach! Sad, so sad!

The sandwiches are great when you can get one. It's the same song & dance with this particular location, you call to place a order but get nothing but the busy signal. I thought this was only a weekend thing but here we are today 3/29/21 and I'm playing again. I know I'm only one customer and it probably won't make a difference but my family and I will find another establishment to get sandwiches from. I'm tired of all the cat and mouse chasing games I've played over the years with this location.

I pulled the drive-through there's a sign that says order and pick up your food inside so I go in park go inside this was a Thursday night April first when I went inside I stood in line among about 10 other people for 30 minutes my order was not taken a lady starts yelling out and names nobody came to her instead of just putting the bags down until the people came to get their food which apparently was not in there she kept on asking around asking me and I understand she try to make sure they get the sandwiches but there are 10 people waiting just to get their orders well the gentleman in front of me ordered is the lady said that before T 5 minutes I was not waiting 2 hours for a sub sandwich that's ridiculous
