They supposed to be income restricted but they are not do not go here cuz you will be judged worst rental place u can go to with their lies no offense just speaking from what I've been through

My experience with this park is with my interactions with my customers that live there and with my job I see alot but it's really hit and miss with these homes. Some were taken care of, some are trashed. The lot placements are horrible as you have no privacy and are basically stacked next to each other. It's definitely not the worst park in Sumter, but it's in the top 3
