A look back..still nice
Photo of Salterstown Colored School now 2019 . It was Once a beautiful Rosenwald school built to Rosenwald specifications. It May be the only Rosenwald School building still standing in Sumter County.nRosenwald funds only paid 1/3 of the school cost. The Salterstown community would have paid a third and a local governmental entity such as the county or school district would have paid a third, as required.
We had a Great time our family had a Baby shower there . Plenty of room n the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean.
