Horrible!nIt's like pulling teethnTrying to get an employeenTo actually do their job!nAnd respond to your call, or to solve a problem effectively!nWhen you call they are extremely rude!nThey act as if your disturbing them.nI lost my pet that I've had for over 10yrsnDue to their incompetence!nTheir job is to serve the community!nAnd they really suck at it!nThe employee's deserve a negative 0nAs far, as ratings!nIt's not the actual facility that sucksnIt's the people.

Neighbor called animal control this afternoon at 2:45 and at 3:30 no one has come. Have an issue with 3 peacocks roaming neighborhood and our on top of our cars causing damage. Person from animal control asked if we knew where they came from. We have an idea. The point is someone doing there job and getting these birds. A comment was made during phone call that they've never gone after peacocks and didn't know what to do. Not our problem. Owner of birds should be fined and birds should go to a zoo or to someone that can take care of them properly. Management should fired. There are liability issues.

I can't say my experience was great cuz i had to take my dog there and release her to them due to some behavioral issues. However, Mr. Choice (idk if that's how it's spelled) was very friendly and i was so afraid of being judged but all the staff were nice. Thank you for not making my hard time even harder!

Officer Williams was Very helpful, and wonder to work with. I would like to take the time to Thank this entire staff for their service Especially during the Tragic Flood here in Sumter County only 9 days ago. The outdoor kennels with a cover. Are new and clean. Very impressed with this facility!!
