They are not NEARLY as bad as the reviews say. Been here in Sumter for 10 yrs. They don't make it easy it seems, but they DO get the job done every time.
Takes way to long to process a payment. Why is it 48 hours to accept a payment? I need to register my vehicle, I have to pay online, and I can't, because the payment isn't processed. Why?
Made an online payment and cant get a receipt to show taxes have been paid. They said 24 hours but it's been more. Crazy we have to pay these inflated taxes to these raggedity county that provides very little in return.
