Sumter is making an effort to revitalize the downtown and it has potential but there isn't a bustling restaurant or bar scene. It is clean which is nice and the brewery gave some sort of life but there is still much left to be desired in order to attract business and patrons.

The place is beautiful but could possibly use some more benches there are some nice restaurants and some pretty statues. Plus the sign is pretty near some waterfalls
