I would not recommend this business or person, specifically Mrs. Brunson for your VA claims needs. They are hard to get a hold of and do not return communications (email or phone). They did not process my claim correctly, nor did they enter the information correctly. Furthermore, they did not help me with what I asked for help with even though the paperwork I received from the VA said it was under their area of expertise. Find another person or VA rep to handle your needs. Do not waste your time here.
