They r friendly and I love getting my paper from the Item. Very informative.
They are a credible source for local news, if you read the actual paper form. If you go to website you may get a paragraph, the rest of the article is locked behind a paywall. That's isn't the worst of it. Even if you subscribe, the website is terrible
