This Hertz in Sumter SC was a life saver. My family and I became stranded after a major collision. We were from NYC headed to visit my mother in South Florida. Tameka helped us when no one else would. Not only did she answer our questions and made sure we got into a car. She also genuinely cared about our injuries and how we were doing. She made a traumatic and chaotic day a little bit easier. Thank you again
This location is a little out of the way for me, but it’s perfect for Shaw. The staff is good and helpful.nThe car I received was very clean and drove really well. While it was not the class I reserved it was just outside it, so gas mileage wise I did about the same.
If it wasn't for Tameka and Steve, I would have left a scathing review. If Darnell is there, go elsewhere or call Tameka. She was more than accommodating and so helpful. Darnell is pretty much useless. Doesn't tell you anything, doesn't talk to you. He gave me the worst customer service that I'd ever received. But, fortunately, Tameka resolved all the issues I had, and gave above and beyond customer service. I will definitely go again as long as she helps me.
