The Lake Busbee Walking Trail is owned and managed by our state-ran utility company, Santee Cooper. Originally a cooling pond for the old coal power plant, now it’s a nice marshland with a fantastic view. The trail is 2.4 or 2.5 miles one way so it’s easy to get a solid 5 mile walk/jog/run out there. The trail itself is visible the whole route and easy to jog or run on. This is quite a little gem in Conway especially during the spring and fall. Highly recommendable!
I like walking here actually saw an alligator and ran like I never knew ud83dude43 I could my husband said man you were running fast because I couldn't even catch youud83dude01❤
Beautiful run today. So many baby geese!!! And another bird I couldn't identify!! Awesome place!!
