Great spot to camp. Big open field with a great view of the stars at night. No actual hiking trails but you can easily walk the service roads and enjoy nature. Just bring orange during hunting season. The camp site is a no hunting zone but if your gonna wonder the service roads it's best to be seen.

Mainly because of the quietness and it is not close to the highway but you're only about four miles from it also love the fact that there is a source of water herennVery nice place to Camp however ticks are extremely bad here so be prepared for that and make sure that you check yourself well and your pets before going to bed or out after a walk other than that love it here

Beautiful spot. Keep an eye one when hunting is in season as gets busy and loud

Nice camping area. Has a public restroom and campfire spots. Unfortunately no hiking trails nearby.
