Not bad. Had no appointment. But they worked me in. It was kinda busy, but considering that. It still didn't take me long.

They're doing the best they can by helping the people get their licenses and registrations and plates and everything DMV does but you have to have a little bit of time on your hands because you either make an appointment or you come and standing wait and they'll call you in as you as you show up but it's all outside until you called in

The lines were extremely long but you really didn't have to wait to long. Was there for a road test and it was done professionally

Would have been a 5 if they were adhering to the scheduled appointments. I went on my lunch and ended up staying in there over 30 mins to get duplicate driver's license
