Very thorough from helping us choose an AC/ heating product ,installation and follow up a week later to answer any questions and inspect the final installation. Had a new HVAC system installed. These guys are awesome. Installed in one day with a crew of 3. Very professional. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. When the boss brings his crew lunch that says a lot about a company and their employees.

I bought my system from One Hour Heating and Air and love this system and company. Brooks was the best service man and very knowledgeable of my system. He was very polite and so nice. I would recommend him and One Hour Heating and Air to any one looking for a great company. They are the best!!!!

Aaron was great. He’s very knowledgeable and his professionalism and personable demeanor makes him someone who gives us the confidence needed for the problem we have. We just hope with this freezing weather and no means for heat One Hour will be able to get the part needed to complete the repair of our heat pump ud83dude4f

This is the third time Brad has provided service. He is excellent in communicating and explaining our spring system maintenance service. He also installed an electronic air purifier in this visit.nnBrad is a heating/cooling professional and friendly in his communication.
