We purchased an Air Conditioning Unit from here, and in the time we have had it, within 24 hours the unit had completely locked down and had to have maintenance to get it started back running. We have had to have maintenance every season, due to faulty equipment, resulting in extremely high power bills. We have attempted to speak to management to make it right for us and they blew us off and wouldn’t discuss anything with us. The unit is currently down again and not working at all.

I was in a pinch in an area that we don't normally service. I found the staff at McCalls in greenwood to be wonderful. I had a tricky problem. The entire staff worked on helping me solve the problem. Wish they were not two and a half hours from my home base, but glad to know they are there if I need them!
