Plenty of room for parking. Nice people at guard shack. Easy check in. Arrived at 8 am for pickup, put me in a door immediately. It’s 17:00 now, and the light is still green. Some guy came out and said all the robots used to load the trucks are malfunctioning. Earliest they can load me is 8 am tomorrow. They said they will load the guy next to me first even though I got here hours before him. And apparently I can’t stay on property for the night for security reasons. Not the best experience I’ve had at a shipper/receiver but also not the worst.

Really nice people, plenty of space for backing. Too much wasted time for a driver. I lost money today. This is unacceptable, 8am appt. Still sitting in the door at noon. Either they don't care if someone loses money or completely unorganized. Sad, will refuse the next load here!!!!!

Fast unloading don’t go on spray shed rd stay on Puckett ferry rd that was the address they gave me and it was just for associates only no trucks the lady was nice to let me turn around friendly people

Horrible place to work at i had told them that i was going to be out of town during Christmas to visit family in texas and they were ok with it but has i soon as i come back they let me go because they said i did a no call no show

Got here at 4:45 at 4:55 I was at the dock and they start loading my trailer. Not bad :)
