Food is okay service is rude and i saw multiple employees not wearing their masks.
Obviously, this is my place to treat myself to mocha frappes.. I rarely dine in, but the drive thru is speedy.. Order is 99% right... They could keep there frappe machine up and running more... It's literally my main reason to go
Horrible service! Everytime we go, there is always an issue and the manager told me that they no longer offer healthy options such as salads, parfaits, or grilled chicken. If you ask for a special order you can bet that it will be wrong and they will not offer an apology. Even the mobile ordering is a joke, because you still have to wait longer to get your food.This used to be the best one in town, but now it sucks.
Morning staff at drive through are always very friendly.
The coffee could be better it kinda wasn’t sweet as normally but I’ve bought extra Carmel for these cases and hey I still come back everyday so it can’t be that bad
