3 stars because I was in a great mood when I got there. From what I was told it was on its 3rd day of being open again. My family and I were seated with silverware and 5 minutes later we got drinks delivered. It took 15 minutes to get a menu and we waited close to an hour and a half to get our food out. The food was completely wrong and there were so many plates on the table. It took to trust after the initial order to get my vegetable omelette corrected. Waited another 15 to 20 for refills on drinks and we still didn't have everything we had asked for at the table. Got there at 11:00 mind you and we didn't even start eating until 1:20... We had like 4 people waiting on us we didn't even know who to leave the tip with. We did get a discount but still, honestly it wasn't worth it. It was so bad families had gotten up from their tables because they were experiencing the same service as us. Hopefully if others go there it'll be put together way better. But it's a no for me.

Must be the worst place in all of Greenwood! Even after reopening, it is just as bad... if not worse than before. Service, food, and management. We waited an hour for cold food and half the table was missing something in their plate. The manager said she couldn’t give everyone that came in free food, that said enough for me. I feed my dog better than what they gave me. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money!

Arrived at 10:15a was seated quickly but table was dirty. Non of the IHOP workers offered to clean. Took upon our selves to clean table. Drink order was taken but it took 30 mins. to arrive. It’s 11:18a and still the order has not arrived yet. Was just informed from waitress there’s new cooks in kitchen and made our orders all wrong, orders had to be redone. As people came and left several tables had not been cleared within reasonable time frame. Overall management should be ashamed of themselves. The chicken Florentine crepes was salty. The 55+ sampler dish hash brown arrived cold sausage dried out. Only plate came out decent was Ham & Egg melt hand wrong cheese on it, suppose to have Swiss cheese instead it was American cheese. The milkshake were served in small glasses used for serving soft drinks. Was charge for the normal serving glass of a milkshake. Disappointment all around. NEVER would I recommend or stop at this IHOP in GREENWOOD, SC.

Fantastic atmosphere and super amiable service. The food was crisp and delicious. Will easily recommend this spot to friends and family. Reasonable prices and generous portions. Good job.

Me and my wife go in to eat. We were seated and we sat. For 20 min. As one waitress try her best to seat, cash people out and get orders. This place and that waitress need help. We got up and walked out. Hope you get better service than we did.
