During my last visit my burger was cold as if it had been sitting for a minute. The Drive thru was not busy and the amount of fries I ordered compared with what I received was pathetic. I'm done with BK. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area whose food is better value.

Always very very busy. Line for drive through is usually coming out into the road. Food is always cooked fresh and always very friendly staff. I guess that's why they stay so busy

Placed a mobile order, was told to pull forward to wait for them to bring out my food. Waited close to 15 minutes before I went inside only to find out they forgot to prepare my food and had already cleared my order. Seriously disappointed and honestly kind of mad.

Drive through service was terrible. Between not getting all of my food and a cashier that caught an attitude with me when I tried to let him know that I was missing items. He proceeds to tell me that I would have to be charged a second time for the missing food I didn't get. To everyone reading this post my best advice would be to avoid this burger king all together.

Messed up the same order TWICE! How difficult is it to make 2 dbl chz burgers with just ketchup? No pickles, no onions, no mustard...just ketchup. Fairly simple. but apparently it's harder than one would think. The first mistake was putting pickles on them, then they took them off (even though I saw them) and put mustard on. I rejected them and the replacements were ONLY regular cheeseburgers instead of DOUBLES. It wasn't like they were busy either. Poor attention to detail.
