Food was excellent!! Best fast food chicken I have ever had!!! It was fresh & hot!! Employees were awesome, very polite, very friendly. Will definitely stop again on my many trips north.

We got a family meal I asked for hot sauce and ketchup Neither where in the box. We also got nothing other then the meal itself no napkins utensils or anything. Was rather disappointing an with only the drive thru open an a line I didn't even go back and ask for anything we just suffered through it. Only plus is that the food was hot including the half gallon of sweet tea.

Manager is very rude. The staff can’t read an make food properly. Highly love the food but it’s not worth the headache every time I go

I’m giving a 1 star because I can’t give anything less. The person taking the order was rude and couldn’t understand a basic order. I’ve been ordering Bojangles for over 20 years, so it wasn’t me. Got to the window and people were getting out of their cars to walk back over to the window to pick up things that were missed in their order. We had to wait for the people standing at the window to walk away so we could pull up and get our order. They gave us the wrong drinks which we had to sort out at the window and then when we left the window, we were missing items too.

The food is delicious and fresh. The employees were above average! So very friendly and accommodating. This was my first visit to Bojangles and I will definitely be coming back. Must try the cinnamon biscuits!!!!
