A lot of these reviews are student reviews which as a parent holds little to no credibility at all. However, I do have a child that goes there and I can attest that this is the worst school that I've ever had dealings with. Right now we are virtual due to covid and the teachers do not teach, they do not let the students ask questions, they do not let the students participate in class in anyway. All they do is assign school work and leave the zoom session 15 minutes later. Sometimes the teacher does not even come online and only assigns a quiz and then says class is finished after you complete the quiz. I've had issues reaching the principal, getting her enrolled, all because nobody returns emails or phone calls. I'm starting to think that the staff that that's supposed to be teaching the students feel that they are on break due to students not physically being in school. How are students supposed to learn if there are no teachers teaching?

i love river ridge so much. rra is such a cool school and i always feel welcomed. its just i don't like how the jackets, sweaters, and hoodies we wear have to be a certain color and not a big logo on it. the logo has to be small.. its so hard for me to find jackets, sweaters, and hoodies like that. i am saying this because we wear uniforms and i just would like to maybe wear a hoodie that doesn't have to be school color and has a logo on it. it doesn't hurt anyone.. right?.. don't get me started on chorus.. chorus is the most boring class ever. i literally could fall asleep in that class. i'm never going to be in that class EVER again. anyways, i love river ridge and i want to recognize how fun it can be. huddle's an awesome idea and a lot of teachers are so nice. i have been in rra since the school opened and i always am happy when i'm there.. just not during chorus. also i got to give credits to our lunch ladies/men.. they make such good meals. i also want challenge back (challenge is a one hour of free time we had.. we would have so many choices to choose from and on friday we got to go outside. that was last year..) okay, that's all. river ridge is awesome... also, mr. anderson is amazing. he's so cool and is an awesome teacher.

Great school. My students have gone here since it opened and it has helped them grow into happy students and eager learners. Thanks RRA!

The teachers have horrible attitudes talk to the kids like their in prison and the dress code for sweaters and jackets is unbeliveable so strict people cant affor school color jackets that keep them warm.
