They showed up and replaced a part that I didn't want replaced and then charged me $350 and wouldn't let me try to see if it worked. I wanted my ignition replaced. They replaced the pins and my key still wouldn't release and also it cranked fine now it is hard to turn the key to crank. I called them to let them know it wasn't working still and the technician told me he fixed it and must of broke it when he left. I called the company for atleast 4 hours and they kept telling me he was coming back to fix it and when the technician called he cussed me out left and right and told the company it was fixed after they said they were gonna send him back out. Now that was at 1230 and here it is 545 and no one has returned to fix anything. Don't ever call this company for anything. This technician talks rude to people and doesn't do the job he was suppose to do when he knew what to do and they turn around and blame the customer. Worst business ever!!!!!!

This company is a scam we called them over a year ago and they tried to charge us about 600 dollars to change a front commercial lock with all there fees then we said we didnt want it and the guy said we had to pay 29.99 for a service fee for them coming out i refused to pay and told the guy to leave, we had some one else come out and they charged us about 100 dollars maybe a little more, then we had another mishap with the lock again about a year later my employee called the same company by mistake they came out said 375 to replace lock 89.99 for install and 29.99 for them coming out, automatically I remembered them when i talk to the guy he said he had to replace lock i told him i didnt believe that and i told my employee to pay him his service call fee of 29.99 and let him leave, 15 minutes passes and the employee calls me back that he wants to speak to me and he says that he called his company and said that they can fix it for 175. And of course thats not including the 29.99 fee i already paid to have them leave and im sure a 89.99 replacement fee. I called again a real local locksmith and he said it would be maybe 100 to 200 and i believe thats what i paid the last time. In short this company KeyMe is a rip off they are a number that you call then they dispatch someone that they subcontract, thats why there fees are so expensive, but who cares as long as they get the 29.99 fee to the contractor that comes out to do nothing but just over charge the hell out of the customer. Dont know what they charge for keys but for what we needed done it was way way way overcharged....Update the local locksmith that we did use charged us 130 dollars thats it no install fee no 29.99 show up fee just 130 flat.

BEWARE OF SCAMMINGnBecause they claim 24-hr service, I called for locksmith at a home (8:30pm) where petsitting. They apparently referred my call to a third party. When the agent arrived, I was told it would be $200 to pick or drill door knob lock (w/power drill) and I told him to go ahead. After under 5 minutes trying to pick it and under 1minute to drill it, it opened. When he returned to his truck to transact the payment on my credit card, he told me the charge was $500 (+tax) and ELECTRONICALLY filed an UNITEMIZED receipt SCRIBBLE-SIGNED (which I NEVER do) by him and texted it to me. My credit card company could not help because I did not have a written copy of the pre-service amount quoted. When I finally was able to contact the customer service (after multiple recorded messages & failures to return my calls). Customer Service contacted the technician that had scammed me AND, while waiting to hear back from Customer Service, I IMMEDIATELY BEGAN RECEIVING HARASSING CALLS & TEXTS directly from the technician, with foul language.
