I was not able to visit and be serviced. I am giving four stars because the person at the door was friendly. The parking lot was not full. The front was full but the back was not. There were about five people in line and one person manning the doors. Seemed pretty quiet. Maybe there was more that I did not see. I say this because when I was asked what business I was trying to conduct today I was informed the wait was 2.5 hours. Seemed kind of silly as there didn’t seem like that many people. Well went to Bluffton and that place was a mad house compared to Beaufort. Guess what... even with the mob... I waited, was serviced and out the door in one hour and ten minutes.

The young lady MiKisha is super sweet and helpful. She helped me get an appointment with no issues. When I came Back, the other young lady (didn’t catch her name only her attitude) was horrible! She truly needs a customer service class. I’m not sure why she would even want to work at the DMV if she doesn’t like people. ud83dude12ud83dude12ud83dude12

Terrible front door woman. Though she is knowledgeable in DMV applications, she could use a courtesy course. She made an already stressful experience , very difficult. Started turning away walk-ins at 3PM. It took an hour after I already showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early. Terrible.

Arrived 20 minutes early for scheduled appointment. Was able to get in out very quickly. Staff was very efficient and courteous for our needs.

The employees I encountered were polite, not too long of a visit this trip. Win win for me.
