Good campground with long pull through sites. 50amps and sewer. Can't get much better...well unless they had more rock to keep the sites from being muddy.nnNice trees, good walking trail and the KOA has a wine and coffee bar with local drafts and a pizza kitchen. Just take the trail, or drive in

Typical Thousand trail camp ground. Dirty and unkeep. Don't arrive after dark as your spot may be flooded. Good for a stop over as you travel on I95 but not for actual camping. Pic was my assigned spot.

I had a reservation so when I arrived my info was posted on a board out front. It had a site map showing my site and a tag to hang in my window. It rained all night so it was a bit muddy but quiet in the park. Spaces are a bit close. There is a fire pit in each site and a fire extinguisher on a pole near the sites. Showers were clean. Dog run was good size but because of the rain it was a swamp. Pool was closed. Overall it is a nice park. I stayed 2 nights. I look forward to returning.

Camp ground is nicely set up easy in easy out. The views are gorgeous. Amazing hike trail around lake just mind the alligators.

I couldn't decide between 2 & 3 stars for this review so I gave the benefit of 3 reluctantly since I paid NOTHING for this reservation from being a Thousand Trails member. If I had to pay for this, it would have gotten 2 stars.nnThe sites are pretty level but very close together. Since it is a wooded campground there are several sites that you can not use your awning due to the lack of space. They also allow seasonal camping so there are quite a few run down RVs scatter through the park that look abandoned.nnWe did not go into the office since they place your check in documents on a board outside, but the building could use a pressure wash and maybe a fresh coat of paint. A little sprucing up would give a better first impression.nnThe largest issue at this campground is the MUD. If you have read any other reviews you will see this mentioned in most of the reviews. Apparently this campground does not read all of the complaints about the mud or just won't invest in a few truck loads of gravel to help with the problem.nnI watched another RV'er get their TOAD stuck in the mud trying to load it on a travel dolly. Not to mention all of the mud he had all over himself and his vehicle.nnWould I stay here again? Not until they bring in some gravel to help with the mud issues. The overall appearance of the campground looks like the owners have given up. This is not a resort as they sometimes mention in their marketing materials. However, it has potential with someone who wanted to invest in making it a nice park.
