Was not pleased with the interaction at this location. Some prior employees came in while I was ordering my food and they just took everyone's attention. Once I finished my order, I had to sit and listed to these young men ask for free cookies, milk shakes among other things that the manager was happy to oblige. I was most disturbed how she pulled the tray out of the cookie case and let the guy grab his own off the try for customers!nnThey don't have dine in, how is the floors sticky and the lobby messy?nnI know I will not be going back after 8 pm again!
Pick up only. The first time I went there the lobby was open. When I went in I was ignored by staff members who were having a nice conversation among themselves. Will not go back..
Without question the worst in Beaufort. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 min without moving, the drive thru worker was incredibly rude. Make the extra 10 minute drive down the road to the next one.
I ordered a MEDIUM Carmel macchiato.. and was given a small cup.. the cashier made a huge ordeal to make sure I was wrong.. needless to say on the side of the cup it clearly STATES S is for fountain teas and ICED COFFEE...... M is for MCAFE SHAKE and ORANGE JUICE... not only were they wrong but clearly wanted to argue with a “right” customer.. please pick up a book and perhaps read more often.. Thanks
Went thru drive thru and it was quick. Worker was very nice.
