I requested cancellation in January, and according to the contract, Anytime Fitness requires 30 days' notice prior to cancellation being effective, meaning I would still be on the hook for February. Not amazing, but not the end of the world. Here it is March, however, and they are still charging me. These folks are absolute sharks who are only concerned with charging your account and have zero regard for their customers. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Look for any alternative options before you sign up here.

Please don’t choose this location. They continue charging my bank even if I requested for a cancellation via letter since I relocated and the nearest club is 25.6 miles away (see attached photo). I am well aware that in the contract I signed that if you are 25 miles away from the nearest club you can cancel membership for a $50 cancellation fee. If you even base it on my exact address not via zip codes , I am much further away to an Anytime fitness location. Owner refuses to be fair based on what the manager told me . So please , don’t waste your money on this facility. Good business is about being fair to your clients. You are better off going to the local Perryton Activity Center, more activities for the entire family and people that work there are way nicer than the manager at this location. This club franchise location is not a good representation of the company.

This location will steal your money! They continued to fraudulently charge my bank after I had moved and requested cancellation. They just keep talking in circles, blaming it on someone else. Nobody will take responsibility. It's not worth it, you may never be able to cancel your membership. Do not trust them.
