We paid for a unit in October last year, well four days later we didn't need it cause we found a house that we were going to move to, so they said they would send us our money back, it already april and still no money from them , apparently some woman that is over the place is supposed to send us a check, we keep calling and we are tired of being nice . Don't rent a unit from this place.

Don't expect communication from this guy my opinion is that this is by far the worst storage in ada as they don't send you mail about payments and they don't care if you are disabled and can't pay your bill. In this time of PANDEMIC so don't expect this man to work with you at all!!! to bad I couldn't give it a - star rating and you can't access you stuff after 4:30 - 5pm and not at all on the weekends as they lock the gate good luck and best regards to who gets a unit
