Sherry was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She got down and dirty with the equipment making sure that everything was hooked up properly and that we knew how to do the same. She was very nice and the total experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend her for all your hauling and storage needs.
Every now and then you get to experience exceptional customer service provided by an employee that goes above and beyond. Sherry, at American Self Service is just one of those employees. Not only did she find a check that I had lost in a U Haul that I had rented 8 months ago, but she tracked me down even though my name was not on the check. She called me to let me know about the check and promptly mailed it to me. Thank you Sherry for caring and being so professional.
